UMTS/HSPA (WCDMA) RF Optimize Expert Course |
The Purpose of this course is to provide Hands-on training to RF engineers to perform UMTS RF network optimization by educate them using real hands on activities as the industry requires to hire the professional RF engineers. This course is developed based on practical aspect of RF engineering by highly experience RF Professionals who have more than 20 years of industry experience. The course will helps to identify the key points of RF optimization which the industries look into the engineers from day one. It describes the process of designing the network and market requirements of RF system parameters and walks through the different design calculations. The course discusses the RF planning aspects, the use of existing infrastructure, overlay configurations, backhaul capacity planning as well as growth considerations. Also the program consists of hands on sessions to apply the key learning points by allowing the participants to utilize RF design guidelines, site and market data, and design tools selected by the local market to perform RF design tasks and obtain hands-on experience. HTN wireless will provide this program to use RF design tools, processes and real data for the service operator network. Course Outline

Basic LTE Design and Optimization Techniques |
The LTE system supports broadband wireless access in a mobile cellular environment, offering data rates in the range of 100 Mbps. These enhancements are based on several fundamental pillars: a new air interface (OFDM+MIMO), simplified network architecture and efficient air interface structure and signaling mechanisms. This workshop covers the radio network planning and design aspects of an LTE network and describes the process of mapping the service and market requirements to RF system parameters. It will also provide some insight on LTE hardware as well as how to check site configuration using OSS tools and test the newly launched network by doing site shakedown as well as drive testing to find problems with the sites. Objective:After completing this workshop, the participants will be able to: Compare the key differences between LTE and CDMA Target Population:By completing the course, the student will be able to acquire the following Knowledge: This workshop provides practical examples and intertwines the exercises
